Positive: Tidy, well appointed rooms. Broadband provision. Fairly good location for exploring Golden Bay. Nice hosts.
Negative: Misleading facilities description as kitchen facilities are outdoors and shared not indoors as inferred. Although undercover the shared eating area was in the open, not very helpful in the wet. There was no hot water in the kitchen and a microwave would have been helpful
